First Annual DISE Sand Dodgeball Tournament

On Thursday, June 6, 2019, Dallas professionals in sports and entertainment gathered to dodge, dip, dive, duck, and dodge in our first annual sand dodgeball tournament at FORO Sports Club!

Keurig Dr. Pepper, Peroni, Tito’s & Tiff’s Treats provided food and beverage for the event. We had 100 total attendees and 12 teams participate. Before the tournament started, we got a chance to hear from Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center about how they have utilized the money they received from Fast Pitch 2018. We raffled off a Sand Volleyball Party at FORO Sports Club and SCA Promotions selected one attendee to try their luck at making a dodgeball through a small target on the courts for a chance to win $2,500 for themselves and $2,500 for DCAC. He unfortunately fell short!

The championship game came down to The Marketing Arm and Ballengee Group. Ballengee Group came away with the trophy after going undefeated in the tournament!
